hi all just sold my nova :cry: and got an astra mk3 with no rev counter is it possible to fit higher spec clocks with a rev counter wots required to do this thnks matt

get a set of clocks out of a newer astra with a rev gauge n run a wire from the rev gauge to the negative lead from the coil its well easy

The wire should already be there.
It was on my mk3.

Just plug the clocks in, im 90% sure the rev counter will work as most if not all have the wire already.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but where do get the feed for the rev counter when your running electronic ignition. I dont have a rev counter output from the DTA box either, although i do have a redundant cable marked 'relay' ????
