white engine bits

what do you peeps think about white engine parts. baxter dont like it but i say thats cos hes gay

bear in mind the block is going to be white aswell

horses for courses mate - my lumps a delicate shade(s) of stormlike grey and black.....its strange , but this type of paint gets on your hands very easily but is a beggar to remove.

You are the man Burgo. What kind of paint? Head resistant, what? Also, did you spray the rocker cover and head?

i was going to white up a lot of my engine parts, but in the end i CBA lol

it does look odd, but different. and tbh does it matter how it looks? aslong as the engine works lol

Doesnt suit it at all, the block would look good red with the head done in black with chromed rocker cover and head bolts .

Do you have white wheels? If there are other parts of the car that have a red and white theme then it may look ok carrying it on into the engine bay, but it'll be a bitch to keep clean, lol.

I actually quite like it in white, but it'll be a bugger to clean if you let it get dirty.

ahhh but the bits like the throttle bodie are going to be laquered so a kwik spray of brake cleaner or something will soon clean them. and as for keeping it clean thats sartains problem lol. plus that is the whole point the last colour you ever expect and engine to be is white

i think white looks mint. i painted my old nova's engine white but it was only a 1.2 so didn't wanna shout about it.
