FTAO the 2litre XE brigade - what are these?

I've been offered a set of Mahle forged pistons for a 2litre XE.

But I've been told they are possibly std Turbo pistons, if so they can't be any good for tuning a normally aspirated XE, any advice?

They are the standard pistons from the early XE's I think mate
