just killed my HDD with all my music on :evil:
im now music less :(

and one hard drive less.....

how far gone is it? can you still get windows to recognise the drive, just not read the data? if so, you can use all sorts of progs to recover the data. I had a 200gb drive fail on me with a load of movies on. I used file scavenger and easy recovery pro or something like that and got everything back.

a quick search on google gives you loads of solutions.

its bollox'd comp don't even reconise it

just changed hard drives and i copied most of my files over from it,

just about to copy music over and started smoking lol, one of the chips on the back has melted

suppose it is my own fault, just had it resting in the comp on everything lol, must of knocked it and it shorted it's self lol, ah well
