Weber help please.

Ive just rebuilt my 40's and fitted some 34mm chokes.
When i drive it now it stutters at about 2500-3000rpm, then its ok for the rest of the rev range.
It was fine before.
I know it needs a decent rr set up, but have any of you got any ideas?

put the old chokes back in untill you get it on the rollers. the stuttering you have is probably due to having the wrong jets for the choke size

I was told i'll just need to go up 10 on the main jets. I think it could be the air correctors

the rule of thumb is 4 times the choke size = main jet size...

found 1 fault. 1 of the accelerator jets wasn't working. Blown out with air line.
Still got a fuel leak too. :x

main 130
air correctors 155 (too small i think?)
emmulsion f16
acc jets 40
idles 45f9
