Anti Roll Bar question

Hi peeps

Seen a few posts recently where people say take the ARB off the front of the nova. Just wondered what effect this has, and i assume it is for the better?

If anyone could shed a little light that would be great

in the dry i found the car bites into the corner better with out the arb, but also found you get a snatching feeling which i didnt get with the arb
