Mahle pistons on the e16se

I stripped down a e16se bottom end last night for inspection for my new bottom end for the nova, and when I pulled out the pistons they're stamped Mahle, are these just cast ones made for GM or are they something different?
I'm popping down the gargage this afternoon so pics to follow.

probably just made for GM...

the K series has Mahle choclate pistons too....
