well i put my jamaican yellow sr into the bodyshop some weeks ago.
had the passenger rear arch replaced (other side only recently done).
both sills replaced and both front wings. heres some pics with all that done. still gotta spray the bottom half and bumpers in anthracite, put the door strips back on. gonna t-cut the parts that ain't been sprayed e'g bonnet and if they don't match very well then the rest of the cars gonna be resprayed aswell.

looks spot on - much nicer than your old nova !

I'd say no to the two tone anthracite below the bump strips, anthracite bumpers and wheels look great tho !

at the end of the day it's yours so do what you like !

would look good all yellow but i'm trying to keep it as standard as i can.

That looks great mate.
Id seriously doubt you will get the rest to be as shiny.
And as nick said, i would leave the sides yellow, with anthracite gte bumpers.
The nice shiny jamaican yellow sides look ace 8)

yeah thats the idea, i don't wanna get it re-vynaled coz i find it sends the car rotten if water gets behind it etc. i know it wounld'nt any time soon but it might in the future. also i sprayed the one side myself when the origional vynal started peeling and i think it looks alot better.

I used to have a 5 door in the same colour.

Its one of the most unusual colours for nova's round my way.

few things left to do, spray under the arches, replace the vynal on boot and pillars. may get the boot spoiler resprayed aswell.
rear bumper also needs tweekin abit more to sit right. got it from another mk1 nova and it seems to need a bit off triming.
will take some pics in the sun coz it looks ten times better.
more pics can be found here
