Out with the old and in with the new!

well as you may know ive scrapped my red nova :( :(

but before she went i made sure i got all i wanted off her!

but before i got rid i made sure i had something to replace her with....so here she is its i 1.2i for now.

new engine is waiting to go in. it is a 99% rust free shell one of the cleanest one seen. the only problem with it is it needs a new slam panel as it has been bumped but that is already on its way....

the plans i had for the red one have gone with it. This white one is gona be totaly different and not have a kit!

Smoothed Gsi front bumper with splitter
smoother rear bumper with smoother in golf mk2 splitter
quad conversions side skirts
gsi vent smoothed into bonnet
gsi tip spoiler
all sprayed in cadburys purple with a bit of black

and a set of 16" speedlines

car looks good mate, but i would have completly gutted the red nova i.e glass doors depending on condition, tailgate ect you never know what you might need :wink:

or thairs always some one out thair needing bits and bob so could of made you self a few quid

i kept all the decent bits mate. i wuld have kept things like the doors but they wernt worth it. They were in tht much of a state i dont think anyone could have found a use for them. As for windows i would have kept them to but im a little short on space

if space hadnt of been an issue then i would have kept the whole car and get it back up to a good standard and then sold it!

Im regreting not stripping my sr right back to the bone so many parts i could have used on my 1.2. :evil:

it happens to us all, i bought a GTE last year, i wish i had completely stripped that :(
