hey, took ma noav to the garage the day as a couldnt find the fault for the knocking(on the right hand side)
now the guy at the garage took it out, came back and told me it was my left wheel bearing. now - i always thought tht was a humming sound and not a knocking ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAR!
now wat i want to know is, can this be right?
he also shook te left wheel, and it moved like hell, so it prob is knackered aswell, but i took it ion to sort the knocking.
any advice on wat to do or say is most grateful

well that's the car back, with new left wheel bearing, but as i thought, the knockin still there, drove it about for a while to try run it in maybe :?:
but tyhe mechanic gave it a full check, everything under the bonnet, but he see's nothing worn or abotu to go or needin replaced.
so this leaves me highly confused like a badger shaggin a rabbit
so wats next? maybe swap teh driveshaft to see if this does the trick? he did suggest this.....
any  's boy's?
