1.3 head on 1.4 block straight swap or not

i remember sum saying sum thing about lump above piston can i use 1.4 down pipe on 1.3 manifold

so theres no lump on vavles on 1.3 head then

The 1300 head goes straight on the 1400 block, no probs.
You will need to change the inlet manifold tho.

As for the manifold, just fit the 1400 exhaust manifold to the 1300 head.
It will fit.

thought 1.3 had different shape ports to the 1.4

alll the small block OHC 8v engines have the same exhaust ports (as far as manifolds are concerned)
