i have my empty engine bay all primed as i am getting the car sprayed soon. But......i also realy want to get my engine put back in as its driving me mad. but i have to options....

1) leave the engine out and get the bay sprayed the same colour as the car??

or...

2) Spray the bay a different colour to the car (like black) and then put the engin back in?- has any one ever done this? pics would be good?

cheers Karl!

Be patient, get the bay sprayed the same colour. You'll only want it the same colour once the car comes back from the bodyshop.

lol, my engine bay's still a shitty red/brown color and so is the interior lol Its annoying me now because i totally stripped it and it just looks a mess.

Spray it the same colour as the car.

I would just spray the engine bay with rattle cans. Couple of cans would do it.
Then get the outside of the car sprayed professionally. 8)

JUst a quickie. I dont know what sort of engine you are fitting, but seeing as the engine bay is empty, why not seem weld it.

If you putting a big engine in, it needs to be done
