How would i change a MK1 interior to a MK2 interior, i think its a MK2 interior, i've taken the mounts down to just the two side mounts, but when i put the chair in it wobbles and tips back

which seats are you on about?
i put an sr interior in my mk1 and it was just a straight swap.

theres the link to them, standard ones, on my old seats i had two runners on each side mount with a big handle connecting them, on theses seats i only have one handle on the right which would fit onto right side mount

By the sounds of it your origional seats had sliding subfames where you new ones don't, they just kinda slide / pivot on the front mount, they still fit the same, there only held in with 2 or 4 ? M8 bolts at the front of the seat, so they should just swap straight over.

I got like a bar on the front of the seat with two clips on it, where do they go, the bar touches the floor when the seats in position

Where the 2 M8 bolts at the front of the seat were, they'll be another 2 holes for 2 more M8 bolts, the 'bar' sits inbetween the 2 bolt holes in the U shape groove then the clamps fit over the bar using 4 bolts on each seat.
