elec windows

I have fitt elec windows out of a GSI but when I press up the windows go down and press down the windows go up how can I make it so if I press up the windows go up and press down the windows go down.

change the wires on the back of the switch, so they are the opposite way round....

or even turn both switches upside down or reverse the wires on the motors themselves
