i emailed the guy and it hasent been strengthened, said the car was double skined as it was a mk2, so i think its probably twist the car chassis !!!

strengthening is important on the 2lts but not to do it on a V6 with all the torque is just asking for trouble.

The Nova Hotrods are very big over here, but usually 2.0 Pinto'd and RWD, as for thr V6, fair play to him.. Not you're everyday Convertion, but a good pot hole and he'd loose the enggine!!
