Stupid question but......

Ive jus bought a nova with an xe lump in it, is there any particular oil that i shoud be feeding it, (ie, mineral, semi sinthetic or otherwise) or is it alright to just put what the book says for a cavvy/calibra/astra 2.0 16v???

I no its a bit of a daft question but i jus wanna be sure cheers peeps!!!

depends on how many miles the engines done.i normally use 20/40 on high milers but just use wot the books say 8)

Cheers peeps, i ended up with 15/40 fully synth i hope that will be alreet for it, got a bit worried wen OJ said it makes noise in the head an valves hope it wont do any harm??????
