amps in roof lining

anybody know if its possible to make an amp rack to go in the roof lining of my nova 1.4 SR.

its possible, just make a box for the amp to sit in and then find a way of attachin it to the roof. problem is this means the amp is gonna be upside down which i'm told could cause it to overheat.

make it like a drawer, box with runners and a base that the amp can sit on n slide in and out when need be - easy access and its the right way round ;)

certain amps are fine to be mounted upside down you need to ask when ya buy the amp tho

If you put the amp in the roof lining and it gets too hot you run the risk of setting the lining on fire not good :cry: :cry:

why do you want to put amps in the roof lining? if you want them hidden make a false floor for the boot and mout them under that with 3 80mm pc fans sucing air in on one side and 3 on the other blowing hot air out.

just as stelthy and easier to wire up too.
