is the dash a straight swop over to?? would any messin about have to be done with the wiring to fit it and if i was tp put in central lockin and electric windows would there be any probs of will it as in i will go in as handy as teh mk2 dose? cheers lee

RW Heater/Blower switch will need re-wiring... and you'll need the Mk2 dash vent ducts (if you want them to work)

If your after a handy informative guide to changing from a mk1 to mk2 dash check out www.nova-land.com, got plenty of usefull how to guides there. From my experience you'll end up needing to change almost all plugs buts its mainly colour for colour :wink: The trickiest [art is getting the bloody heater controls to work :x :lol: I ended up just leaving mine on hot and facing the screen, i'll rectify this when I put a GSi dash in :wink:

heater matrix u need the mk2 oneand the passanger side needs mounts for the screws.and the headlight wiring needs extending and a couple of other bits if u buy a scrap mk2 u'll c wot i mean.its fairly easy 8)

its on nova land but if u anit got all the bits u need u'll have problems,so get a scrapper mk2 and do it that way. 8)
