buying a car this week from ireland and no nuthing about the price to cross? i no a few of the irish come on this sit and wondered weather they could shed some light on the crossings, how long it takes and the price? cheers j

i would say about 150 return, but you could get a passenger over there/fly cheaply enough.
then get a one way back on ferry

Its your best bet, it only costs something like 39stg return. Its straight forward enough to get there, it should all be sign posted as well. Derrys only about 25mins down the road from me, and about 15mins form Keith and Beaney as well. What you buying?
