hey what adaptor plate do i have to get for this to fit a 1.4 sr, and where can i get 1?

Any Weber dealer should be able to supply with one but, as I recall, they're fairly expensive for what they are! I bought another as I managed strip one of the stud holes of all its thread and a new plate cost something like ?34!
Failing that, get the dimensions and make one up yourself or get an engineering shop to do one.
