the transducer is what you use to plug in the gearbox and it send the signal to the dash for the speedo

make sure u use the correct tranducer for the clocks other wise u will find that ur speedo is about 13mph out talkin from experiance here as im sure ur aware there are 2 diff sets of clocks one 16v and 1 8v i think

seen as one sender is 16pulses per rev and the other is 6 your gonna be 266% out at any speed if u have the wrong sender so make sure u get the sender from the car u get the clocks from

157kph is 95mph

and 157/16*6 is 59mph

so both make no sense

My digi dash thinks my car is going much faster than it's actualy going.

It my be dead annoying, but I have no speeding tickets so far :!:

And it cuts out in the rain :? :?: But only when the wipers are on

yes but no combination of senders would make it read 157mph at 80mph

unless ofcourse it started reading 157 at 59mph and stayed there all the way to 80 as the dash cant read any higher which is more likely
