Just been back for the first time in a year and well fuck me!!! :o :o
am absolutely bollocksed!
had a body composition thing done and the long and short of it is im carryin a stone too much in fat :o :oops: , im a stone over weight and i have 10 litres too little water :o
looks like ive got me work cut out for me! :cry:
