Springs only: 30-60mm, altho 60mm isn't really recommended on std dampers. Expect to pay around ?50-150 new, or <?70 2nd hand.

Springs & uprated dampers: Again, 30-60mm but will give better handling and feel stiffer than springs alone. Expect to pay around ?200 new, ?100-150 2nd hand

Adjustable suspension: As above, but adjustable spring height and/or damping rates. Allows you fine tune your cars handling characteristics. Expect to pay about ?300-500 new, ?200-350 2nd hand.

Coil Overs: Fully adjustable coil overs both front and rear; will require some modification to fit but allows fully adjustable handling and variable lowering heights of up to 80-100mm. Bit overkill for road use, but great for track. Expect to pay around ?700 - over ?1000 new, or around ?500 2nd hand.

I wouldn't have thought you'd have any problems with rubbing on the alloys - assuming they're Nova ones and the tyres aren't silly tall lol.
