Hi guys,

How are you all doing?

Sorry I've not been on in a long while - had a crazy year!

Just thought I'd drop a note to say I'm still around and hope to be around a little more regularly in the future, all be it without a Nova anymore.

Hello!

I've been driving a Lupo Sport for the last 10 months or so, but sold that this weekend.

On the lookout for a Lupo GTi with the hope of doing something along the lines of the H3 NOV.

How are your cars doing?

BOO

:D I'm sorry!

The idea was to make the Sport the project but as time went on have decided to get a better version of the Lupo. And to be honest university has taken over this year so had very little time until now.

Still going for my patented level of stripping out though....

The film went well - I eventually managed (after contacting pretty much every UK based car company) to get Renault involved. They gave me a new Megane for 4 days and let me project my work on one of their showrooms, so not bad! Got a good mark as well so it was worth all the effort.

How's all the bits and pieces from my car doing?

How'd you manage to do that? I could never give them any 'harsh experience' because of the 18's!

I don't know how to host videos so and I'm not sure if people would be interested.

Scott

Cheers for the support Scott!

I've fancied a VW for a while and, as I do, do things differently do thought I'd give the Lupo a go. The only ones that are doing the rounds and recognised are the Jabba Motorsport one and Venoms. Mines going a little different.....

Will only be gay if you consider mid-engined V6 and 10-in widened wheel base (for start) 8)

Amazing car the 4S, although I prefere the more stripped GT versions.

My sport was pretty nippy with 100bhp out of a 1.4 with equally amazing 14inchs of rim!

Looking at another 'base' model tonight - 125bhp GTi, with no sunroof (v. important)

Dam right mate, more ridged the better,i take it then the engine will be the golf 4motion V6,or the older VR6?

Scott

Probably older VR6 as the running gear etc is/would be a nightmare to get into wee-Lupo.

I'm just trying something different to the usual Audi 1.8T transplant everyone seems to be doing. And with the engine in the rear I can get round the 'delicate' problem of heating like the Nova had (or didn't)

Mate i think driving a mid engine reardrive lupo V6 will be enough to keep you quite wam, maybe even sweting
