Hi, i have recently smoothed the lock out of my boot handle and now need a solenoid to pop the boot.
What i want to know is where do i get a boot solenoid kit to fit a nova and how much am i looking to pay?
Any help will be appreciated.

You can get them for under ?20 inc p+p on ebay!
good quality aswel ive had mine for nearly 2 years and ive never had any trouble with it!
they are realy easy to fit too!

lol just get any solonoid from a car in the scrappers for about ?3
and then just run a live to s switch and then onto the solonoid and then just earth it to your wiper motor earth or something
rivit a small plate into the boot panel and screw solonoid onto that

i used a mk4/5 escort boot solonoid which was only a few quid. it had some mounting holes which lined up exactly to the mounting holes in the boot for the rear wiper motor - so i fixed it to these. i them made a bracket out of a metal coat hanger and some chocolate block. and wired it up to a switch of the ignition.
