i need a cylinder head any 1 got any ideas of where to try or has any one got one on here? its for a 1400?

oh and does anyone know what sort of price range i would be looking at for one of these?

no good mate tried all 1.2's ive been told that i wil be realy lucky to get a hold of one as apparently they are as hard to find as rocking horse shat! lmao

ive got a 1.4sri engine you can buy for ?80 if you want, think the heads are the same?

it will fit the on the block, but the inlet manifold won't fit.

Is it injection or carb?

The 1.2 carb head flows better than the 1400 one, if you can get a 1300SR inlet, you can fit the 1200 head, probably increase bhp slightly as well :wink:

like the bits that sit on top of the springs?

Another 1400 head will yeah.
I would guess a second hand head would still have the valves in place.

assuming its a 1.4 carb or 1.4 spi engine youve got it will fit fine

the only 1400 it wont fit is the SRi (multipoint injection) engines
