does any 1 do laser cutting or cnc machineing

i need an advance/ retard mechanism( its basicly 2 clips inside flywhhell) making for honda cg125 think it will av 2 be laser cut can any 1 do this i ll put a pic up 2 give u an idea of what it look like , i am deparate for this its an old bike (b reg ) an they changed em after b honda woont sell the part separate and its ?380 pound for a new fly wheel no breakers av any that old
