URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE!!!

i really need some help or advice for my mate. He has a 1.4spi astra mk3 and has removed the complete top end of the engine and replaced it with an mpi top end from a corsa sri with the dispak set up instead of a dizzy and coil.
so far he has the head and complete top end all on along with all the wiring loom connected, however when he tries to start the engine it turns over and nothing happens there isnt any fuel coming through and theres no spark could anyone please please give us any idea what may be wrong as he is stuck without his car.
as far as we can make out there is no power getting to the ecu could the dispak be knackered or are we missing something?

Have you got a crank sensor in place from the MPI loom?
As if you haven't got a crank sensor, it wont work.

And if theres no power going to ECU, then your obviously not going to get fuel. :wink:

So, no ecu power=no spark or fuel.

is the ecu an immobalised one? meaning you need the chip out the key and a transponder? try changing the little pink relay near the ecu, it may have gone (common fault)
