I have a TD Nova, and I love it.

Current I have a Green Cotton induction kit fitted, and a 1.7TD Cav intercooler in my garage.

What kind of hosing do i need to fit the intercooler in, currently its just a solid 2" metal pipe, but I am going to need flexable hose to get to the intercooler, which stuff do i need?

Secondly, how would I fit a boost guage?

Thanks

hoses are really just a case of cutting some off a TDcav or summat and making them fit the nova

a lot of people ditch the original airbox and fit the cone filter directly onto the turbo inlet

you'll prolly also need to cut the boost line if its a solid metal pipe all the way to the inlet manifold to allow you to pipe in the intercooler

the boost guage needs to go into a vacuum pipe off the inlet manifold

have a look around and see if u can see any smal pipes coming off the inlet and try it on there

once uve got that working fit a bleed valve to the turbo and wind up the injector pump and say hello to 100bhp (give or take)

I've got my green cotton kit fitted directly to the turbo already, very intrested in winding up the boost and the fueling, like the guide on corsa sport, but, i'm having trouble doing it without and pics. If anyone could recreate them for me I would be very greatful.

Can I use the same kind of piping that does the water for the radiator, or will this not cope with the boost?

i'd imagine with the help of a haynes manual or even a bit of guess work u could do it without the pics

perhaps a cav 1.7 td haynes manual would help?
