www.sel-imperial.co.uk do lots of parts, but it seems to be a bit of a lucky dip as to how well they'll fit

vauxhall!

lol

Buy from them and we'll slap you HARD!

You can get second hand panels (like wings etc) - try dixons spares or any decent breakers yard.

Sel Imperial are good - good selection of parts - the paterns are better than some and prices are okay. TBH the parts are dependant on your Nova. yes you may need to trim a bit here or adjust a bit there but Novas were built with a 5mm (thats 1/2 cm) tolerence so any panels gonna be out a tad.

I bought 2 front wings from sel.

One had a hole for the side repeater and the other didnt.

Also one wing fitted like a glove and the other was way out.

I'm assuming Sel 'buy-in' their parts from various panel manufacturers (i.e. they don't press the metal themselves but are merely a distributor) - that could explain the variety in fitments.

iv had a good winge about this before, but i feel the need to say it again.

steer clear of panels manufactured by 'hadrian body panels' as there shit!!!!!

in fact most stuff i seem to buy is shit, looking back at most of my old posts thats all i ever moan about! :? , and i wouldnt really describe myself as a fussy person, i just expect a certain acceptable standard.

as for the gm parts, these are likley to be a bit rusty somewhere, most likley where they meet the front panel, unless you find a car in the scrappers thats been repaired recently by an expensive garage that uses oe parts.
