Which oil?

Pretty mundane question really, which brand oil do people use and has anyone noticed one working any better than any other oil?

Also, what ratios do you people mix up your engine coolant/water, 50/50 or a slight variation like 60/40?

all i will say is don't use magna tec its bads for vaxhuals

when mixing coolant use a 50/50 ratio and i wouldn advise anything thinner than 10/40 in a nova ideally use 15/40 castrol is good i think

Go to vauxhall and get the GM semi synthetic 10-40 cant go wrong its about ?15 for 5 litres.

i have no idea what it dose to the 1.6 and 2.0 but it makes the bottom ends go there are 6 of us in exeter that have had bad luck with it. change to a normal 15/40 and our engine's last alot longer if you no what i mean lol
don't get me wrong magna tec is really good for people who don't drive there cars hard
