SVA tests

is it called a SVA test?

iv heard that theres a 100+ page book on passing this test!, is this true?
and can you get it on an internet download?

SVA is for "newly" built kits etc like locost and caterhams etc.......

a nova shouldnt ahve to pass one unless its got a test like Chris had to do
