eccentric topmounts

any one ever fitted them to avo coilovers? i tried fitting mine today but couldn't figure it out. do i re-use any of the old top mount? because when i tried the new one on it's own it didn't seem right. but wheni tried using some of the old parts that seemed all wrong aswell.

anyone have any ideas?
