just fitted my new compomotive mo's tonight and they still need spacers to clear my calipers, the only reason i bought them was so i don't need spacers, any one else have this trouble? i know chris is running the same brakes as me and his mo's fit over them, so whats the deal??

re-drill your hubs to 5 stud and get some ST205 alloys on, they'll fit for sure

Are the Mo's the right offset?

Are they 4 pots or 288 mm v6 brakes? If they are the V6's chris might have old pads or his might be from a different cast altogether as i have experience of this.........

mine are 4 pots, but they are the new style MO's the ones where the spokes stick out a bit. I had a set of the old MO's though and they fitted over Sean's Hi-spec 4-pots, but I have been told that they are thinner

rick, me and chris both have wilwood dynalites. mine run on the bottom edge of the caliper, when i say rub what i mean is they clamp solid when i tighten the wheel up, i don't suppose bolloxed wheels bearings would make any difference would they?

they are 15*6j and et49. i'ts not all bad though as i have a feeling i would need spacers even if the wheels fit, just to let the tyres clear the coilover

i know the tyres often hit the coilover with et49 wheels

both my bro's 6" vauxhall alloys and plenty other folks ive heard of with other wheels such as speedlines (6.5") in et49 catch on the coilover

mr robson sorted it on his by using the camber adjustment on the bolt hole of his FK coilovers to move the strut away from the tyre, then set the camber correctly with the eccentric top mounts

perhaps the bells on the disks need to be a bit deeper and the calipers spaced inboard by an appropriate amount? can u space the disk off the bell with washers or something? and then spacethe caliper back with washers too?

I wouldn't fancy doing that with the washers. Mine are fine they have about 15mm clearance from the caliper all round, and the coilover is wound to the bottom and about 5mm away from the spring. To stop it catching on teh spring you could put smaller springs on there
