has anyone fitted them and if so where from and whats required thanks

if you mean the bump stops that live within the front suspension theyre easy to fit.

Theyre just rubber stoppers that stop the toip of the strut impacting the underside of the turret.

If the cars lowered 60mm you need to cut them down though (usually 20mm).

Are you wanting to replace yours?

If so you'll need to remove the shock and spring to gain access.

Make sure you use spring cmpressors for safety (I know you can do it by jacking the car up once lose but whats the point - play safe and you wont break your face when the sporing pings off!)

Haynes is good for step by step guide but its pretty straight forward.

You will need a 19mm crank neck (swan neck, angle neck etc) spanner to get at the strut tops though...

i ment on the back matey coz my mate was saying 3 of his mates have done it just big rubber slabs instead of springs and no shocker so whats this thing on the front will that lower italittle more ? i want to go lower but on the cheap not to cheap tho i was thinking of welding a bar on the back but then it be serious shock to my car.
