broken wiper stalk

wiper stalks broken in the nova, its not really the stalk its self its broken in the steering column cowl, and now i have no wipers lol

ooh bummer - how has the cowl affected the wiper stalk?

remove cowl ( a couple of screws) and see if its just wiring thats loose.

If knackered get yerself a set of corsa stalks

If its Mk2 the top half will take a fair amount of bending and swearing to get off in one piece!!

Doesn't the cowling need trimming slightly if Corsa stalks are to be fitted?

only need trimming if you want to fit the rubber bit properly, i've fitted them in mine and not had to mod it, just left the rubers things dangling until o can be bothered to cut the cowling

no its broke inside theres like a clamp which holds the stalk inplace and the bottom of the clamp has broken off hence the wiper stalk comming off completlely

so its it a super glue jobby :lol:

might upgrade to corsa stalks aswell while i'm repairing it

Hmm, id go for the corsa stalks personally, and probably the super glue ive tried to take off that whole clamp thingy and never yet found a way lol its prolly jus summat real easy but i cant find it, jus my tuppence worth peeps!!!
