yes thanks for that, but they sold out now
Think M-tech made a kit of everything you need, but not the whole beam....

oh come on carl, BIG cash waiting i can even sell you my sister
www.pro-tecmotorsport.com do a complete mk2 golf rear disc conversion for around 350. everything needed included except pads!
All new parts, disc/hubs, bearings, calipers, mounting brackets.
And the golf back calipers have a bracket to attach a handbrake cable to.
Mightn't find it on the site but ring them as they only put the kit together to order

iirc the M-Tech kit is just the bracketry needed. you have to grind off the stub axle mounting plates and weld the new ones on, then re-drill the bolt holes through the main beam. It would be just as easy to get hold of a cavvy rear beam complete with everthing you need and grind the stub axle plates off that.

I always see conversion kits on ebay, i think they are made by cossvaux but wouldnt really trust then anymore.

Unless you have serious power just uprate the drums. Although they dont look as good i know..
I make the hole kit on work.
Use disc from cavalier 16v. Cost me nothing
