yea stick a code reader on it to read fault and clear it.

Its prob air temp or sometimes a cam sensor- which actually is a phase problem due to the blet being slack

Does anyone know the bhp of an astra 1.6 16v x16xe?, is it less than the corsa and if so were is the power loss?..........inlet?

The Corsa GSi with the C16 XE are 109BHP,
Corsa GSi with X16 XE are 104 BHP
Astra/Vectra X16 XEL are 100BHP

Main restrictions on all engines is inlet manifolds and can all reap great gains with changing to other systems.

Dont bother with powerbox's they are false economy and you will regret it.

do you have an air flow sensor on your car if so take the plug off of it and see if it runs the same if it dose there's your problem ask me more if it is that

Right is the c16xe inlet the plastic one and will it fit the x16xe head or are the ports the wrong shape? my engine dont ''bork'' and i think its because on the inlet. iv got a corsa gsi inlet off the x16xe, will this make a difference compared to the astra one?
