fitting a 1.4sr into 1.2i merit plus

hello there i have managed to get hold of a 1.4 sr engine complete with gearbox and drive shafts for a very reasonable price. i need to fit the 1.4sr engine into my 1.2i merit plus, is hard to do? is there anything else i need? the only thing wrong with the engine is that it's dropped a valve, does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or does anyone have a spare 1.4sr complete cylinder head, any help highly appreciated.

How did the valve damage occur tho?

If the cambelt snapped it could of damaged the pistons etc as well as valve(s).

i know that the cambelt didn't snap, any other ideas thanks for the reply

My m8s 1.4sr valve burnt out and bent, think valves are bout ?10 each or less for them.but like Long Live The Nova said, there may be more damage to it than you know of.
