I noticed your after t45's in your sig.

You'l have an inlet manifold on the XE as standard. It works in exactly the same principal as the exhaust manifold but in reverse.

for the T45's you'l need a manifold that will match up to the carbs and to the head - Easily obtainable from most shops, looks in total vauxhall !

A well matched manifold will deliver optimum power.
