Do you mean with the welding Phil or the engine, coz some people say the 1800 8v is not worth it, 2.0 is different story mind

both to be honest, if you do go for it then i wouldnt bother with the welding

welding the bay for a 2.0l is really to cope with the extra weight and torque.

my 1.6 will be similarish BHP to a standard XE but i am not welding the bay.
