i have got an GTE engine (e16se) for a converson but the wiring loom has been cut so i need a new wiring loom, currently its a siemens ECU 90320588 (not sure if this is even write for the engine) so is the wiring loom the same on both GTE and GSI nova's

dont think they are. just dropped a GTE lump into the GSi (due to it being Free, cammed and a better runner than the GSi lump)
it came with the Engine Loom, now there where different plugs where it connects to the rest of the car and a few extra plugs as well.

think my ECU is a Bocsh one as well.
