Well, the poor model's been taking a back seat whilst I did me garden however now the hard landscaping's done I've started work on it again.

Spent all weekend making a GTE body kit and cleaning up the shell and adding finer detail to the GSi body kit.

Heres some progress pics. The shell and kits will be primed tomorrow and the last of the finer details applied.

and the hardest bit that took ages - trying to get a straight line along the side of the car as well as the curve to the front lights! (cant really see it but it is dead straight!)

Still tons to do - mostly finer detailing (like the door edges) but its definately coming along and compared to the old one is much more to scale.

I've updated the site with new development pages at -

ade could you let me have the scaled drawings/dimensioned drawings that you've used ?

I'm drawing a Nova out on CAD and it'd be pretty good to have some dimensioned technicals to match it to.

Thanks nick

lol - I cant answer that coz i really dont know!

I'm hoping to have the master complete by August - I've started working on the underside and also made a couple of alloys.

Problems always arise when i come to cast them so I'm gonna see if I can get it done professionally - that way I know I'll get wuality reproductions of the shell.

the kits I can do myself...
