Just have a bash at it, someone on here did it before it's not that difficult, obviously the wiring will need doing but that's easy enough. The dash itself (supposedly) goes pretty much straight in, only you need to tweak the top/front part of the dash where it meets the bottom of the windscreen as it leaves a slight gap.

Yep in the middle of doing the dash - its not as easy as you think if you want the steering column to sit straight!!

See my work in progress pics here :-

Any questions let me know

Alright princey

Remember you from Gtilancaster.

Joff is doing one, and from what it looks it's pretty difficult

theres lots of cutting and rebuilding needed, just so the steering column fits right, worth a try though, they can look good

this is a conversion i have done myself, but as you may have seen what joff has done it to move the steering coloum itself, due to me not being able to weld i took a different approach, http://www.scottishnovas.co.uk/dash.jpg as you can maybe see what i done was to cut an inch out of the passengers side and add it to the drivers side, just right of the clocks shroud.
The back also has to be cut down to fit the nova screen, but
doing this removes the window vents, so to solve the problem i cut out two holes the same shape as the nova vents in the top of the dash behind where the date/time/temp lcd screen is http://www.scottishnovas.co.uk/rear.jpg
to be honest its a pain to do, but looks good if done properly
