whats the "average" cost of having 4 wheels powercoated at a refurb place?

or can i jsut go to any powercoaters and ask them to do the work? lol

Any powder coating place should be able to do it. From what I've seen quotes can vary from ?20 a wheel up to ?60 a wheel.

i got priced ?40 a wheel , including refurbishing kirb marks, scratches , marks e.t.c

it depends whether they are new wheels, or slighly used ones ? wether you want them perfect, or just sprayed ?

depending on how bad the wheels are do it your self any deep scratchs fill with metal filler sand down :D use a high temp paint like hamerright or sommit
