i have just go some 80mm springs from coil srings,it says THESE ITEMS WILL DISLOCATE AT FULL DROP. SO MUST SECRED[u] TOP AND BOTTOM. SO WHAT HAVE U LOT DONE TO STOP THIS? :? :?

You should first learn to spell, you sent me a PM and also started this thread with "sring" when they are "springs!!"

Use cable tie's!

I got -100mm from coil springs last year and told the same.
I did exactly as above cable tied them to the lower part of beam.
If you dont and you go for mot when they lift rear wheels of the ground and springs fall on floor its an imediate FAIL!!
Mot station seem happy with them cable tied. Not to often under general drivin you gonna get suspension to full drop for them to fall out anyway.
Shorter rear shox also help quite a bit to stop alot of the suspension drop.

Or attach webbing/steel wire rope to the chassis and then the beam so that full droop is limited thus holding the springs in ;)

where did you get the -100mm springs from?? im running spax -60mm but there not low enough at all, thing my local nova "specialist" has supplied -40mm by mistake !! ill be getting avo adjustable front shocks and spax rsx rears at weekend, should handle quite well.............hopefully
