CLIFFORD ALARM

HI all my damm clifford alarm is buggerd on my new car but i want it fixed as im a cheap ass and cant pay for a new 1 so i think i can fix it ok
1st prob:
no sound comming out of the siron when going off
2nd prob:
the dam thing wont arm or dissarm from the remote

the model of the alarm is the clifford novell and i cant find anything on it

please help

Is the siren connected to the loom from the unit?

have you tried a new batt in the remote?

got a good connection to the siren? could well be cable that has been crushed or just a loose connection.

put a neww batt in the remote and i cheaked all the cables

put a multi meter accross the terminals on the siren, set it to the resistance at 20 ish ohms and see what the reading is, if it's not 1 then the coil in the siren is ok.

if that's fine then test usning volts on the loom connector and activate the siren to see of the unit is outputting.
