there is a 1.4 turbo saloon near me, which is a very similar idea.

I doubt you'l find something to do that's completly unique. unless it involves a v12 or something....

yeh i agree with mad-diver nowt will touch you in it, obvious other big turbos but noral cars wont see it coming, especially all the vtrs with the boy racers in! :lol:

ok fair point but still when they pull up 2 a 1.3 and they get wiped it will still be fun! but all of them the same wont to race out, was in me mates civic vtr was behind saw the bang 1.6 flashed his lights got to the side of the car and my mate left hom for shit! :lol:

indeed, that will keep the pressure drop to a minimum so the engine hasnt got to work the turbo so hard to get the power back.

get DTA for the turbo, i wouldnt personally be happy running megasquirt on a non N/A application

intercooler in front of the rad is fine, but one of the size to fill out a big mouth bumper may cause a bit extra lag but charge temp will be very low.

just wondered cus i have only seen a few carb turbos. there was one in an old old old fast car that had a 1.3SR turbo it looked pretty damn good! bet it cost a bit 2 do though considering the car itself acually cost a bit to buy at that time
