what is the 3rd line for ?????

i know this may sound sad might even be wash but i have just put a c20xe in my nova linked up the 2 fuel pipes from the drivers side which are fuel in and return but theres another pipe on the passenger side and also smells of fuel what the hell is it ? is it an overflow or what can sum please let me know why its there pleasse

Check under your front passager wing an see if you have a container thing there. Mine used to have one when it was a 1.2i, not needed with a 2lt so you can rip it all out. Thats what i think the 3rd line will be anyway, was on mine.
