1.4 to 1.6

if i were to put a 1.6 gte lump into my 1.4 sr would i still be able to use my 1.3 ported and polished head on it?? also can i still use my kent cam???

Ported 1.3 head - no

the 1.6 head will be better than your ported 1.3 anyway.
